When Berkshire wanted to re-invent their corporate referral/recruitment campaign they turned to Chameleon DG. We developed a strategic, memorable “Tag-You’re It!” campaign that consisted of two types of messages, one for the existing employee and one for the prospective employee. The universal overarching theme was built around a game of virtual tag, a simple game concept most have played as kids. We used game play and excitement to boost talent recruitment. Fun, humorous photography that featured kids with clever copy, not only speaks to the fun nature of the campaign, but the employee focused culture of Berkshire.

CAMPAIGN TOOLKIT
As part of the “Tag You’re It!” employee driven campaign, we provided Berkshire a creative toolkit for the roll-out, to be used in educational, solicitation and advertising initiatives. Elements included: posters, business cards, one-sheet hand outs, Powerpoint presentations, advertising materials, and content for the company’s social & digital platforms.
The messaging was divided into two main directives depending on which target audience Berkshire was trying to reach. The Existing Employees campaign was incentive driven to push for high-quality talent recruitment. The goal for the Prospective Employees was to entice them through education of the many benefits and job incentives the company has to offer. Both campaigns incorporated humor as an overarching attention getter, and is representative of the award winning Berkshire culture.
